Welcome to your Kingsford terrace apartment. A bright, comfortable two bedroom apartment on Anzac Parade with something most places around here simply don't have: your own private terrace. Ten minutes on foot to UNSW, two minutes to the light rail, free parking on site, and one of Sydney's great eating streets immediately outside. Ideal for families, visiting academics, and anyone staying long enough that having somewhere to sit outside actually matters.

On a warm evening you can hear Anzac Parade going about its business a street away while you sit out with a glass of wine. It sounds like a small thing. Worth knowing
- One bathroom serves the whole apartment; the third sleeping space is a sofa bed, best suited to a family or two couples
- Anzac Parade is a busy main road; the apartment sits back from it but this is a lively city suburb, not a quiet residential street
- Multiple apartments are available in this same building, ask us if you need two
- Smoking incurs a $300 fine plus the cost of cleaning and deodorising the property
- Lost keys or remotes incur a $250 replacement cost per set
