Monthly rates apply from 21 nights at our Mosman property and 28 nights at Neutral Bay and Kingsford. Shorter longer-stays are considered case by case, just ask.

Yes. We regularly issue tax invoices directly to employers, relocation agencies, universities, hospitals, insurers and the Department of Defence for extended placements.

Monthly-rate bookings include a full clean, and mid-stay cleaning is available on request during longer stays at an additional cost.

No, every property uses self check-in via a secure smart lock or lockbox. Access details are sent two days before arrival, so you can arrive whenever suits you.
